Adding a Frame to a Glowing Image
In AKVIS Neon you can add a frame to an image to complete your artwork.
In the Decoration group switch to the Frame tab, enable the check-box, and choose a frame.
Hint: You can drag the Canvas/Frame/Text tabs to change the order of the application of the decoration effects.
