The AKVIS software products are offered for a free trial period so that one can verify compatibility of the software, its performance, and make a deliberate decision.
Note: AKVIS offers free technical support for all products. Please contact us and we will try to solve the problems.
In some cases, a product can be exchanged, especially if prices are close or equal, for example, a Home Plugin license to a Home Standalone one of the same software.
Refund Procedure
To take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, please follow the instructions:
You can ask for a refund in case of any technical problems, for the products purchased directly from AKVIS official e-commerce partners, with links provided via AKVIS official web-sites (akvis.com, alivecolors.com) or via the AKVIS/AliveColors Newsletter.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased from individuals or resellers;
- Products that we no longer distribute or support;
- Products purchased more than 2 months ago;
- Subscription products.
If you purchased from a reseller, please contact directly to the relevant company.
Before you return a product, you should:
1. Uninstall the software.
2. Remove the license file (.lic).
Contact us at support@akvis.com to request a return.
Provide us with comprehensive information regarding your order, the product's serial number, and the reason for a refund. Send confirmation that you have removed the product and the license file.
The refund process can take 5–7 business days.
