Refund Policy

AKVIS does not pay refunds for activated products.

The AKVIS software products are offered for a free trial period so that one can verify compatibility of the software, its performance, and make a deliberate decision.

AKVIS offers free technical support for all products.

If a customer decides to do a chargeback, he has an option to do it in his bank at own expenses.

The complains about the USB Flash Drive (crashed, undelivered, etc) are accepted during 3 months since the purchase date.
