The parameters in the Correction tab in AKVIS MakeUp offer additional ways of image processing. They affect the entire picture. You can adjust these standard settings to improve the photo:
Sharpness (-50 to 50) adjusts the clarity of the image by changing the contrast of adjacent pixels. Values in the negative range smoothen the image while values in the postive range sharpen it.
Sharpness = -40
Sharpness = 40
Brightness (-100 to 100) affects how the image is illuminated. At higher values the image is brighter while at lower values it is darker.
Brightness = -40
Brightness = 40
Contrast (-50 to 50) increases (at values greater than 0) or decreases (at values less than 0) the difference between light and dark areas of the image.
Contrast = -50
Contrast = 35
Hue (-100 to 100) is used to change the color tone.
Hue = -20
