AKVIS OilPaint Video allows you to stylize your videos by imitating oil painting techniques. The plugin creates animated movies that look like made with oil paints.

Apply one of the ready-to-use AKVIS presets or adjust the effect settings.
In the Image group, change the parameters that define the overall look of an oil painting.
Simplicity - the simplification of the image. The higher the value, the more details disappear.
Direction - the mutual orientation of the brush strokes. With lower values, the strokes are located along the edges; with higher values, the strokes follow a common direction.
Wide Background Strokes - increasing the size of strokes in the background and uniform areas.
Expression - creating uneven edges of objects and enlargement of stroke for more picturesque appearance.
Filling - painting in empty spaces. With incomplete painting, white areas are visible.
Relief - the effect of volumetric brush strokes protruding above the surface of the canvas.
Lightening - lightening parts of the brush stroke, creating the effect of underpainting.
Random Seed - an element of chance in the arrangement of the brush strokes.
In the Strokes group, adjust the parameters of a brush stroke.
Stroke Thickness - the width of a brush stroke.
Max Stroke Length - the maximum length of a brush stroke.
Min Stroke Length - the minimum length of a brush stroke (in % of the value of the maximum stroke length).
Hair Thickness - the width of the bristles in the brush. At lower values, the brush hairs are sharp and thin; at high values, they are wide and smooth.
Brush Density - the number of the bristles in the brush.
Intensity - the sharpness and contrast of the brush strokes. At low values, the strokes are mixed.
In the Abstract Art group, you can change the color of strokes and the outlines of objects, giving them a bizarre look and fantastic shapes.
Color - changing color for random strokes.
Saturation - changing color intensity for random strokes.
Contrast - changing contrast for random strokes.
Distortion - the amount of shift and stretch. At a value of 0, there is no distortion.
Curvature - the waviness of contours during distortion.
Random Seed - the starting number for the random number generator. It defines the distortion shapes and color distribution.
