Sunny Morning: Pointillism Landscape Painting

The pointillism technique allows you create beautiful paintings with mosaic-like brush strokes, small dots of paint.

Using the AKVIS Points software you can turn your photos into spectacular works of art, and nicely decorate them with frames.

• Step 1. Open the selected photo in AKVIS Points.
• Step 2. Adjust the effect settings or select one of the ready-to-use AKVIS presets.

  Hint: To obtain a more detailed and accurate picture, the points should be smaller and brighter. To make the image less photographic and more painting-like, you can increase the size of the dots.

  For this photo, we configure the settings to make small dots. The quick preview window shows the approximate result.

• Step 3. To strengthen the painting effect and make the image look like a real work of art, switch to the Canvas tab and adjust the texture settings.
