Aerial Gymnastics: Creating a Stylized Animation
Aerial gymnastics is both an art and a sport. It is based on the demonstration of outstanding body control skills and balance. Using the AKVIS AirBrush Video plugin, you can turn a gymnast's video into the eye-catching animation! The effect emphasizes the smoothness and grace of the gymnast's movements and makes the video even more mesmerizing.
The tutorial is created using Adobe After Effects.
Video Frame: Airbrush Effect
- Step 1. Launch the video editor. Choose the Add Media command to load the video file and create a composition (New Comp from Selection).
- Step 2. Apply the airbrush effect: in the Effects & Presets panel, select AKVIS Plug-ins -> AirBrush Video and drag it onto the Timeline. The effect is applied with the default settings.
- Step 3. Adjust the effect settings in the Painting section: decrease the Sharpness and Smudging parameters and set the Detail parameter to the maximum. Choose the Original Colors mode in the Colors section.
- Step 4. Start the video processing by selecting File -> Export -> Add to Render Queue.
Click Render to start rendering.
The resulting video looks really great and is exactly what we wanted.
