AKVIS Retoucher 12.1 | Image Restoration Software
AKVIS Retoucher 9.0 makes image retouching even easier! The new version offers a number of Color Correction parameters, the flexible Crop tool as well as the Vignette option that lightens/darkens the image at its perimeter. Restore heavily damaged photos instantly!
In Version 9.0:
- Color Correction
Using Color Correction settings you can easily adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation values of an image. It is also possible to add an elegant vintage touch to your photos by activating the Sepia check-box.
Source Image Color Correction - Vignette Effect
The Vignette effect makes the image fade out toward the corners. This artistic effect is especially suitable for portraits as it focuses the attention of the viewer to the central subject.
- Note: The new Vignette effect is only available for Home Deluxe and Business licenses.
- Crop Tool
The Crop Tool allows cutting off unwanted areas of an image and reducing its size. You can easily improve the image composition, straighten a crooked photo, turn a horizontal photo into a vertical one and contrariwise.
- Compatibility with CC 2018
The plugin version is fully compatible with Photoshop CC 2018. It automatically appears in the Filter menu after installing the program.
- Note: It is recommended to uninstall the older version before installing the new one.
- Also in the new version:
- increased the maximum tool size;
- the maximum available scale of the interface now depends on the screen resolution;
- added the new Gray interface theme;
- improved the Light and Dark themes;
- added support for new RAW files for the standalone version;
- fixed minor bugs.
In Version 9.5:
- - added compatibility with macOS Mojave (10.14);
- added compatibility with Photoshop CC 2019 (version 20.0);
- added the Chinese interface language;
- added the Notification Panel;
- added support for more RAW files in the standalone version;
- interface themes in the Preferences are now presented as color plates;
- fixed bugs.
In Version 9.6:
- - added support for more RAW files in the standalone version;
- the Publishing option has been extracted to a separate module (on Windows);
- fixed bugs and improved the stability of the program.

The upgrade is FREE for recent buyers of Retoucher who bought or upgraded this program during the last 12 months. Just install and re-activate the software.
