写真からスケッチ画を作成

[スケッチ]タブには、写真からスケッチへの変換に対する設定として[効果]および[描画]の2つのパラメータ フィールドがあります。

注意: パラメータを変更したときは、新しい設定でイメージを処理するために緑色の実行ボタンを押す必要があります。例外:[色]は、スライダを移動するとすぐに変更が反映されます。

[効果]フィールド:

[水彩画]: この効果は水彩画を作成します。設定可能な値は0～50です。既定値は0に設定されていて、鉛筆画に相当します。スライダを右に移動すると(パラメータ値を大きくすると)、湿った紙に描いたようにストロークがぼやけ、コントラストやディテールが弱まります。パラメータの値が大きいほど、効果は強くなります。

水彩画 = 10

[木炭画]: このパラメータは鉛筆画から木炭画への描画技法を変更します。パラメータの値が大きいほど、木炭が強くなります。

木炭画 = 7

[色]: この効果は色を加えることができます(元のイメージに色情報が含まれる場合)。既定値は0に設定されていて、黒鉛画に相当します。スライダを右へ移動すると、元のイメージの色情報が適用されます。これと同時に[水彩画]の値が0以上のとき、スケッチは水彩画のように見えます。設定可能な[色]の値は0～100です。既定値は0に設定されていて、鉛筆画に元のイメージを混ぜないことを意味します。スライダを右へ移動すると、元のイメージの色情報が適用されます。

色 = 40

[描画]フィールド:

[色描画]: このチェックボックスをオンにすると色鉛筆画を模倣し、オフにすると黒色で描かれます。

When the check-box Color Pencil is enabled, you can change the Saturation of the image by moving the slider to the right of the check-box. As the value of this parameter is increased, the intensity of colors in the image become more intense, and colors of the strokes become more "bright".

Saturation = 0

[角度]: このパラメータでは均一領域(エッジ部分や変化の激しい部分のない領域)をハッチングする際の描画線のピッチ角を指定することができます。そのような領域は、既定では45度で描かれます。設定可能な値は0～180度(5度きざみ)です。

角度 = 45

角度 = 135

角度 = 90

[サイズ]: このパラメータはストローク サイズを設定します。パラメータの値を小さくするとストロークは細くて硬くなり、値を大きくすると太くなりエッジがぼやけます。

サイズ = 5

サイズ = 9

[最小長/最大長]: このパラメータではストローク長の範囲を設定することができます。範囲を定義するためのスライダが2つあり、左のスライダは最小長を、右のスライダは最大長をそれぞれ設定します。処理後のスケッチは、この範囲内に収まるストロークで構成されます。

最小長の値を小さくすると、ストローク数が増え、イメージのディテールが高まりますが、見た目は暗くなります。最小長の値を大きくすると、ストローク数が減り(最小長より短いストロークは描画されません)、見た目は明るく、滑らかになります。

最大長の値を大きくすると、ハッチングの均一性が低くなります。パラメータの値が大きいほど、ストロークは長くなりますが、値が大きすぎるとハッチングの精度が悪化する可能性があります。

最小長/最大長 = 1/4

[中間調の強度]: このパラメータでは中間調ストロークの強度を定義します。ストロークは力加減を変えて描画したように見えます。スライダを左へ移動すると、中間調ストロークは薄くなり、ぼやけた印象になります。スライダを右へ移動すると、中間調ストロークは太くなり、はっきりとした印象になります。

[中間調のハッチング]: このパラメータでは中間調領域のハッチングのレベルを定義します。スライダを左へ移動するとハッチングのレベルが低くなります。

Edges tab:

This tab contains parameters that affect how edges are drawn.

Edge Strength. This is the main parameter used to control edges, by adjusting the intensity of lines and details. At lower levels there are fewer edges and the level of detail decreases, while at higher values more edges are drawn and more detail is present.

Edge Strength = 0

Edge Strength = 100

The Edge Tracing check-box is used to detect the additional edges between areas that don't have well-defined transitions in brightness. Its affect can be adjusted further by these two parameters:

Sensitivity. The higher the value of this parameter the more transitions between colors will be retrieved and the more edges will be defined by lines instead of hatching. If you want to emphasize the edges, increase the value of this parameter.

No Edge Tracing (Edge Strength = 30)

Sensitivity = 10 (Edge Width = 15)

Sensitivity = 80 (Edge Width = 15)

Edge Width. This parameter defines the thickness of the outliness. At higher values of this parameter the edges will be drawn by thicker lines.

No Edge Tracing (Edge Strength = 30)

Edge Width = 10 (Sensitivity = 70)

Edge Width = 60 (Sensitivity = 70)

Direction tab:

The parameters under this tab affect hatching when the Stroke Direction tool is used .

The Stroke Direction tool gives you full control over how hatching is drawn on an image. Use this special tool to define the guiding lines, and the program will convert the image into a sketch, directing the hatching to follow them. With this technique you can achieve a truly realistic drawing with patterns and textures going in the right direction.

The tool is not available for the basic Home license; it is active only for advanced licenses like Home Deluxe, Business.

You can use it more effectively by adjusting these parameters:

Zone of Influence - the width of the area affected by stroke guide lines. The higher the value, the more hatching will follow the direction of stroke guide lines.

Zone of Influence = 0	Zone of Influence = 35

Preserve Edges check-box. When this check-box is deselected, hatching will be drawn past edges.
