Underexposed photo
The author of the example is Catherine Schulthies. She took a photo of her husband eating Italian ice cream in Italy.
The original photo is underexposed. Catherine applied the AKVIS Enhancer to correct the photo and improve the level of detail.
As the photo is underexposed, it's enough to increase the value of the parameter Highlight/Shadow priority to 90, keeping the default values for the other parameters.
Attention: Catherine processed the photo with version 2.0 of Enhancer that had a different algorithm. The later versions of Enhancer achieve the same results with the following settings: Shadows 100, Lightness 70.
