Move
The Move modifier allows shifting the element position within the light effect by moving the element center aside from the light effect center.
The light effect center corresponds to zero values of Offset X and Offset Y parameters.
Offset X above zero shifts the element to the right and Offset X below zero shifts it to the left.

Similarly, Offset Y above zero shifts the element up, below zero - shifts the element down.

You can also set the Element position manually. When Move is chosen in the Preview window you see a cross marking the center of the element. To change the position of the element in the light effect you should simply point the new position for the element center by dragging the cross there or left clicking the Preview window.
