MaskSector modifier allows cutting a sector and/or a hole in an element.
The Sector Size parameter sets the part of the element (in degrees) to be drawn: the whole element is 360 degrees, 3/4 of an element – 270 degrees, half of an element - 180 degrees.

The Angle parameter allows turning a part of an element in any direction. Angle is set in degrees from 0 to 360. The element is turned anticlockwise.

The Hole Radius parameter sets the radius for a hole cut inside an element. The center of a hole will coincide with the center of a light effect, and not that of an element. If the element's center coincides with the light effect center, the hole will be cut off the center of the element.

The Softness parameter sets the softness of the cut edges: the higher is the value, the softer are the edges, with the Softness=0 the edges are hard.
