Les règles du concours:

Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quel logiciel, outils, appareils pour créer une mascotte. Vous pouvez même la dessiner à la main et scanner le résultat!

La condition principale est ce que ce soit votre propre œuvre d'art, qui ne compromet pas les droits d'auteur des tiers.
