AKVIS Sketch Video 4.0: Now with the Brand New Esquisse Style!

March 13, 2018 — AKVIS announces the release of AKVIS Sketch Video 4.0, an After Effects and Premiere Pro plugin for converting videos into animated cartoons. Version 4.0 offers the new impressive Esquisse style with a number of ready-to-use presets for popular video formats.

AKVIS Sketch Video is an After Effects and Premiere Pro plugin for converting videos into moving pencil sketches, both b&w and color.

Combining ease-of-use with cutting-edge technologies, Sketch Video makes professional-level editing accessible to everyone. The plugin is an irreplaceable tool for creating unique animation effects in a fun and engaging way. Just load a video file and select one of built-in presets. The software does everything for you at a button's click.

The program now offers three drawing styles: Classic, Artistic, and Esquisse.

The brand new Esquisse style in the Version 4.0 (only available for Pro licenses) reaches another level of artistry by creating rough, loosely pencil sketches that just show essential details using clearly visible pencil lines and are less photographic than other two styles produce.

The new version comes with a number of artists-designed presets for 4K, HD, and SD video formats.

Also, some bugs have been fixed.

The software runs on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10; Mac OS X 10.7-10.11 and macOS 10.12-10.13 (High Sierra). There's a plugin version only, compatible with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Premiere Elements.

AKVIS Sketch Video Home (includes Classic style) sells for $ 69, Pro (all three styles are available: Classic, Artistic and Esquisse) for $99. One license key allows activating the software on two computers.

The update is free for users who bought Sketch Video in the last 12 months. Users, whose license is older and is not valid for the new version, can get Sketch Video 4.0 for only $14.95.
