Tutorial: AKVIS ArtSuite

Do you want to create an original calendar? You can make your calender using AKVIS Frame Suite.

We’ll work with Adobe Photoshop.

• Step 1. Open an image in Adobe Photoshop.
  
• Step 2. Call AKVIS Frame Suite plugin from the main menu of the photo editor Filter->AKVIS->Frame Suite.
  
• Step 3. Choose the Artistic crop frame from the drop menu Frame at the Panel settings.
• Step 4. Press the button to frame our image with the default settings. The result will be shown in the After tab.
  
• Step 5. 5. We have to change the setting of our frame to show a year, a month and dates.

  We have to increase the frame Width from 26% to 35% and increase the value of the Vertical Image Shift to shift the image upwards for the future inscription. Let’s set the value of the Blur parameter to 30, choose the appropriate Overlay color and increase the Opacity parameter to read the inscription easily.

  Change the Color, the Width Border parameters from 2 to 5 and activate the Keep Border Ratio parameter.

  
• Step 6. Press the button again. The result is shown at the picture below.
  
• Step 7. Press the button to accept the result and close the pluign window.
• Step 8. Now we have to add the inscription. The scenery is autumnal so the calendar will be for the October.

  Choose the Vertical Type tool from the Tool box and type the year and the month. Then choose the Horizontal Type tool to type the dates and the days of week.

  Here we get the new calendar:

  

  You can make any calendar for any month and year.
