Refund Policy

AKVIS does not pay refunds.

Our software is offered for a 10 days free trial period so that one can verify compatibility of the software, its performance and make a deliberate decision.

If a customer decides to do a chargeback, he has an option to do it in his bank at own expenses.

The complains about the DVD (crashed, undelivered, etc) are accepted during 3 months since the purchase date.
